We have an immediate Technical IT Director position with our industrial client. Requires someone with deep IT technical expertise in MS technology stack as well as leadership skills, and the ability to drive both tactical execution and long-term strategic planning.

• Minimum 5 years of IT management experience; strong Azure proficiency

• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, enterprise backup/recovery, systems performance monitoring, and IT solution implementation; fault tolerance and Azure Business Continuity Center (BCDR)

• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, including DOD ITAR and CMMC .

• Managing IT PL, including budgeting, cost optimization, and aligning IT operations with business objectives.

• Travel 25-30% in North America; BS degree highly preferred

Must be onsite in Midtown St Louis (preferred); Atlanta or Chicago might be considered. Competitive salary to 150,000+ and potential bonus plus full benefits. Salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors help.
