Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an X-Ray Technologist for night shifts with at least 1 year of radiology experience and current ARRT and SC state licensure.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in a robust hospital radiology department
• Night shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Perform general radiographic examinations on a diverse patient population
• Operation of all standard radiographic equipment
• 13-week contract assignment
• Responsible for patient positioning, performing radiographic exams, and ensuring quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation
• Must ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and supplies
• Expected to uphold customer service excellence standards with patients, visitors, and staff
• Ongoing professional development through in-services and continuing education is encouraged
• Compliance with all health system policies is required

\n \n Requirements\n

• Completion of an AMA-approved radiologic technology program
• Current ARRT or NMTCB certification within 12 months of program completion
• Active South Carolina License required if applicable
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist
