The Social Content Producer role will ensure that AJ+’s voice is consistent across all digital platforms and that our groundbreaking content is being delivered to our audience effectively while helping drive overall growth based on data analysis and monitoring social trends. The Social Content Producer will be primarily responsible for implementing a robust daily video-publishing schedule of content produced by various editorial teams across AJ digital platforms, managing and coordinating publishing partnerships across social platforms, optimizing titles & descriptions as well as thumbnails, ensuring all content is correctly tagged prior to publishing, advising on optimal publishing strategies, developing audience profiles, using data to drive growth initiatives and community management. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Publishing and distributing video content across a number of platforms Efficiently tag content and input metadata before publishing Create and manage publishing calendar across AJ+ platforms Manage audience growth partnerships Monitor news and trends consistently across all social media platforms Analyze social media trends to continually enhance best practices Support new methods of driving audience engagement Contribute to all major online and editorial social media campaigns on emerging platforms Deliver consistent AJ+ voice and tone across emerging platforms through titles, descriptions, and thumbnails. Create presentations and visual decks to portray trends and proposed strategies Create regular data reports for management EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor degree At least 3 years experience in online Journalism. At least 2 years experience in social media strategy.
