Join Our Team as a Senior Organizational Development SpecialistWe're seeking a dedicated Senior Organizational Development Specialist to support a rapidly growing B2B SaaS startup. This is a project-based opportunity where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's organizational strategies and practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Organizational Development Initiatives: Design and implement comprehensive OD strategies to support the company’s goals and enhance overall performance.
Assess Organizational Needs: Conduct assessments and diagnostics to identify development needs and opportunities within the organization.
Change Management: Develop and manage change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
Training and Development: Create and deliver training programs aimed at improving employee skills and productivity.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including HR, leadership teams, and employees, to align development efforts with business objectives.
Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that support continuous improvement and career development.
Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or related certifications are a plus.
