Job Summary

Greentree Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in Waterford, Connecticut, is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our friendly team. As a Receptionist at Greentree Manor, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare professionals, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and direct patients, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls as needed
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packages
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records and files
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling, and reporting
  • Provide assistance with calendar management, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
