The Associate will gain extensive M&A experience, working closely with senior bankers and clients across the healthcare sector. Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:

• Support the execution of M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and pitch materials throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Conduct in-depth industry, market, and company-specific research to support strategic advisory work.
• Build and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful outcomes across engagements.

Investment Banking Associate should have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of Investment Banking experience, ideally with a focus on M&A.
• Proven track record of closed transactions.
• Strong interest or background in the Healthcare sector.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
