Job Description

Head Cross Country Coach job at Jefferson Union High School District. Daly City, CA. An ideal coaching candidate for JUHSD and its respective school possesses the following:

• Expertise in the rules, strategies, techniques, sports equipment, physical fitness, and safety of their respective sport.
• The ability to motivate student athletes to maximize their athletic talent.
• Assist in preparing student athletes for competition.
• Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling athletic events and practices, transportation, maintaining supplies and equipment, and assisting in maintenance of school facilities.
• Help student athletes maintain and meet eligibility requirements to participate in high school athletic events.
• Good communication and supervisory skills.
• The ability to make decisions under pressure.
• The ability to work with the Athletic Director and site administration to enforce school rules and policies.
• Letter of Introduction.
• Resum.
