About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to work in close partnership with the Board of Regents and senior staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for sustaining the organization's national reputation in internal medicine, overseeing all aspects of strategy, vision, membership, education, policy, research, and publications. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong background in internal medicine, who is a skilled communicator, relationship-builder, and change agent. The CEO will be at the forefront of ensuring the organization is positioned to have a significant impact on internal medicine, particularly in the areas of advocacy, public policy, and with external stakeholders. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should be nationally regarded internal medicine physician executives with a proven track record in leading large, complex enterprises.
