Job Title: Window and Door Installer

Location : Tampa, FL (with travel to St. Petersburg, Sarasota, and surrounding areas)

Position Overview :

We are seeking Window and Door Installers to join our team. Whether you have years of experience or are looking to develop your skills in this area, we are committed to providing the training and mentorship necessary to excel. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to read a tape measure accurately, and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install windows and doors with precision, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship for both residential and commercial properties.
• Measure, cut, and fit windows and doors according to project specifications.
• Collaborate with the team to complete installations in a timely manner while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Travel to job sites within the Tampa Bay area, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota (up to 120 miles round trip).
• Follow all safety guidelines and adhere to industry best practices during all installations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe, clean, and organized condition.
• Participate in a 3-step interview process , including one-on-one interviews with the owners and an onsite skills assessment.
• Be part of a supportive team and take part in ongoing training to further develop your skills.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience in window and door installation (preferred, but not required).
• Carpentry experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Ability to read a tape measure and work with precise measurements.
• Willingness to learn and be trained by the company’s owners.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.
• Ability to travel to jobs within a 120-mile radius (mostly within Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
