Description:
New Life Staffing is hiring for a Weld Shop Supervisor in Chester, PA. The weld shop supervisor, in collaboration with another supervisor, will oversee a team of welders, mechanics, and utility workers. They will also collaborate with different levels within the company to ensure that efforts are coordinated and aligned to meet customer needs.
Four day workweek (Mon-Thurs) 6am to 4:30pm
Pay rate: $70000 - $90000
Requirements:Experience with Lean Six Sigma, ERP/MRP systems, and adherence to ISO9001 and AS9100 standards are beneficial.
