🚛 Warehouse General Production Associate

Location: Reno, Nevada

Job Type: Contract to Hire

📅 Available Shifts M-Th:

• Swing Shift 3pm to 2am ($16.5/hr.)
• Fridays may be required based on production needs.

🔧 About the Role

Join a growing team dedicated to manufacturing and distributing freezer ice packs across the West Coast. As a General Production Associate, you’ll work in a warehouse where your efforts directly support our mission of delivering high-quality products efficiently and on time.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Load and unload ice packs from production machines
• Place ice packs on racks, in boxes, or on pallets
• Use RF scanners and tape guns for inventory management
• Accurately pick and pack orders
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment

✅ Requirements

• Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday, occasional Fridays)
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory
• Previous experience in general labor, packing, or warehouse work is a plus
• Forklift experience is a bonus
• Must bring your own steel-toe shoes (gloves provided)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
