What You'll Do

• Design Engaging User Interfaces - Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to enhance usability
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner with engineers and stakeholders to align design with product needs
• Conduct User Research & Testing - Gather insights, refine concepts, and improve design effectiveness
• Develop & Maintain Design Systems - Establish scalable UI components and design patterns

Requirements

• Experience designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces in a collaborative environment
• Strong foundation in UX/UI principles , wireframing, and prototyping
• Passion for usability testing , research-driven design, and problem-solving
• Strong skills in organization, logical thinking, and creative execution

Preferred Qualifications (Don't let these keep you from applying!)

• BS degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science , or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI Design
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other UX/UI tools
• Experience in manufacturing, enterprise applications, or ERP/MRP systems
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Location

Fort Wayne, IN - Work on-site in a modern, revitalized space near downtown , designed to inspire creativity and collaboration .
