Area Manager Asset Protection – All DC/FC Join the Walmart team in overseeing asset protection across all distribution centers and fulfillment centers in the United States. What you'll do Develop and implement technology and process changes to reduce loss and shrinkage. Support regulatory visits, audit preparations, and environmental compliance. Lead safety and health inspections, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage access control and security procedures to prevent theft and vandalism. Coordinate training and incident investigations to maintain a safe work environment. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety Management, Criminal Justice, Environmental Science, or related field. 2 years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety, Asset Protection, or Security within supply chain or retail. Ability to complete required Walmart trainings and assessments. Preferred Qualifications Associate Safety Professional, Loss Prevention, or Certified Security Professional certification. 2+ years of investigative experience in retail or warehouse asset protection. Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive proficiency. Salary Range $65,500.00 – $98,000.00 per year, plus performance‑based bonus awards.
