Trusts & Estates Attorney
Offit Kurman is a growing full-service firm serving the private client market. We are currently seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join our Estates and Trusts group in one of our Maryland offices
Required:
- Four or more years of experience practicing trusts and estates law.
- Proven client relationship skills, including the ability to lead in-person client meetings.
- Licensed to practice law in Maryland
Preferred:
- Proficiency in drafting both basic and sophisticated estate planning documents, with exposure to those incorporating estate and income tax planning, including irrevocable trusts.
- Experience catering to the planning needs of high-net-worth clients.
- Experience in administering probate estates.
Travel to the Bethesda office will be needed client meetings.
