Job Details
- Radiology Technician position at MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center, part of Trinity Health system in Waterloo, Iowa.
- The role involves working 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, on the 3rd shift from Monday to Thursday, 8 PM to 6 AM.
- Holiday rotation requires working any holidays that fall on scheduled hours Monday through Thursday.
Job Requirements
- Must have American Heart Association BLS certification (required for all direct patient care personnel).
- License or certification verification must be dated within 30 days of start.
- Must complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing within a year.
- Must have completed Trinity Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors).
- Must have current, non-expired Tdap vaccine or acceptable declination if assignment does not require pediatric interaction.
- Must complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only).
- Must pass Trinity IA Sing Report (Iowa's Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries check) within 30 days prior to start.
- Must complete Trinity OFAC check within 30 days of start.
- Must provide documentation of physical/health statement from exam within last year.
- Must have required immunizations: MMR (2 vaccinations or IgG titer), Hepatitis B vaccination series, Influenza vaccine or declination, Varicella vaccination or IgG titer, 2 Step PPD or IGRA test.
- Must pass Trinity Code of Conduct Form, Trinity I9, Trinity Confidentiality Agreement, Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form, Trinity Non Employee Upload Form, Trinity Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form, Trinity Criminal Background Check, Trinity Education Verification, Trinity EPLS, Trinity GSA/OIG, Trinity Joint Commission Testing, Trinity NSO, and Trinity System Access Form as part of onboarding.
Schedule Information
- 13 weeks contract length.

Additional Details
- Must attach scanned copies of certifications and licenses with expiration dates to candidate's record in TrinityVMS.
- License verification must be a scanned online verification page with machine-generated date within past 30 days.
- Drug screen: Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start, preferred within 14 days, must be completed and resulted before start with MRO signature.
- Color vision test required.
- COVID-19 vaccine proof required with booster by September 2025 or declination/exemption with agency letterhead (declination not accepted for CA or IL).
- All background and verification checks must be dated within 30 days of start.
- Trinity Profile requires resume, skills checklist within a year, and 2 professional references.
