UNIT DETAILS: Varied, acute and chronic disease states- following CMS approved diagnoses for hyperbaric oxygen treatment. Carries out hyperbaric oxygen treatment, clinic has 3 chambers, will assist as safety lead for unit. Performs operational procedures to facilitate coordinated and efficient delivery of Hyperbaric services.
a. Assists the director with keeping adequate records of al departmental activities, meeting, and projects.
b. Assists with the development of staffing schedule.
c. Effectively manages staffing to meet productivity goals.
d. Implements changes to improve efficiency and safety of the department.
e. Manages finances by tracking/ordering supplies, monitoring charges
