RN-Outpatient Oncology position available in Rome, GA. This role is ideal for a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to specialize in outpatient oncology care. As an RN in the outpatient oncology unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing cancer treatment, utilizing your skills in chemotherapy administration, patient education, and symptom management.
To qualify for this position, you must have a current RN license, a minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology nursing or a similar setting, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR). Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required. Experience with chemotherapy administration and patient education is highly recommended.
