The Trauma Registered Nurse Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Trauma Services and works closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including trauma surgeons, emergency department staff, and other clinical and administrative departments.

This role involves participating in trauma case reviews, data collection, and quality improvement initiatives to continually enhance trauma care delivery. Additionally, you will serve as a resource and advocate for patients and their families, providing education, support, and guidance throughout their care journey.
