Position Title : Title Agent

Wage : $18.00 - $20.00/Hour

Shift : 1st Shift 

Hours : 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

In this role, you'll verify property ownership, conduct in-depth research to confirm title details, issue title insurance, ensure document accuracy, coordinate deliveries, and facilitate successful closings. Title Agent Responsibilities :
- Verifying legal ownership of a property by researching public records to ensure there are no issues with the title
- Issuing title insurance to protect buyers against potential defects
- Facilitating the closing process by preparing documents and distributing funds, ensuring a clean title for the property being sold
- In this role, you will be researching and obtaining property records, handling the final review and quality assurance of title products to ensure accuracy before client delivery
- Your primary responsibilities will include proofreading title documents, coordinating their delivery to end-users (electronically and by mail), updating internal records, and supporting administrative tasks as needed

Requirements For Title Agent :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in proofreading or reviewing legal documents is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with title insurance, escrow, and closing processes is beneficial
