Job Title: Technical Copy Editor
Location: Remote(CA)
Duration: 6 Months+ with temp to hire
Shift: 9 am – 5 pm PST
Pay range: $69.90 – $74.90/hr on W2.
Job Description:
This position will handle copy editing and proofreading as assigned for a significant volume of technically oriented marketing pieces, including application notes, white papers, protocols, brochures, handbooks, blogs, technical notes, video scripts, trade-show materials, scientific posters, and sales/training presentations. This position ensures these items adhere to strict scientific accuracy, as well as our brand style and trademark guidelines, while always employing accurate grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc. It requires an individual with a meticulous approach who can edit quickly and effectively, who isn't afraid to address challenging scientific subjects, and who can be adaptable enough to vary editing styles for differing client needs.
