Finding someone that can help Team UIS find A players to help us serve our clients professionally is the most important task in our company.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll:

• · Lead the intake meetings to start the recruiting process
• · Perform the phone interview to do the first level of vetting
• · Administer our Applicant Tracking System (Breezy)
• · Manage our social media and career portion of our website to attract talent
• · As well as other vital recruiting tasks.

This is a remote and is a part-time position consisting of about 20 hours per week. The candidate may be required to come to the Dexter, MI office from time to time.

The person we are looking for:

• Is committed to on-time deliveries, and comfortable, confident, and willing to make critical decisions to keep things moving.
• Has street smarts and is able to discern the underlying issues and ask the appropriate questions.
• Proactive and stay focused on the task on hand
• Strategic – Likes to maintain or improve a solid set of well-organized systems to support their activity.
• Knows how to relate with associates, co-workers, and clients.

Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements

• 3 or more years recruiting using LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS, and other recruiting tools.
• College degree
