We are a long established MSP with offices in New York City and Long Island is hiring a Systems Engineer to support continued growth and deliver onsite and remote technical services across a wide range of client environments. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys a mix of field work, troubleshooting, and steady project support while working directly with end users and collaborating closely with senior engineers. The team supports more than 160 networks and thousands of users, giving you exposure to diverse environments and modern MSP tooling.
In this role you will provide hands on support for Microsoft core business applications, Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, and VMware. You will assist with remote access solutions such as VPN and Microsoft Intune, support network connectivity and firewalls, maintain monitoring and management systems, and document work in ConnectWise.
What You Will Do
Support Microsoft business applications and virtual environments on Azure and VMware
Provide services for Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint
Implement and support VPN, Intune, and other remote access solutions
Maintain RMM systems, computer systems, and network infrastructure
Provide support for LAN and WAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
Communicate clearly with clients, escalate unresolved issues, and maintain strong customer satisfaction
Document processes and track time and expenses in ConnectWise
Stay current with evolving technologies and MSP standards
What You Bring
A minimum of 1 year working in the MSP industry
Strong troubleshooting ability across hardware, software, and network issues
Clear communication skills and a client oriented personality
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow documented processes
Familiarity with ITGlue, CyberCNS, Vijilan, or ConnectWise Automate is helpful
Location and Schedule
Five days onsite across two clients located in Bryant Park and Queens
Training onsite 30-60 days in our Greenvale, NY HQ
Compensation and Benefits
Salary between $70,000 and $80,000
