Benefits

• $20 an hour base pay, plus bonuses and commission on retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide services for an excellent customer experience.
• Educate customers on their haircare to promote retail sales.
• Strong sales skills to promote re-booking clients and build clientele.
• Engage in company trainings and events.

Qualifications

• Strong in all areas of hair cutting, clipper cuts, color and waxing services.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Be knowledgeable in retail products and hair care.
• A good understanding of basic computer skills, administrative and money handling skills.
• Must be a team player.
