Recruiter – Staffing

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us source, interview, and hire top talent across multiple industries.

You’ll recruit for hospitality, light industrial, and event staffing positions in a fast-paced, weekly-pay environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Staffing experience is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
• Manage onboarding paperwork, including E-Verify, I-9s, and tax forms
• Administer skill testing
• Post and manage ads on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, Craigslist, etc.
• Promote openings through social media
• Utilize company ATS system to track candidates
• Partner with Sales Reps to fill job orders
• Attend networking events to source talent
• Conduct daily interviews and phone screens
• Assist with weekly billing
• Source and recruit qualified candidates
• Review resumes and applications
• Assess applicants’ skills, experience, and fit for roles
• Onboard new hires
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and field employees

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter (staffing agency experience preferred)
• Strong interviewing and screening abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
