Sr. Scrum Master - Hybrid

We are seeking a Sr. Scrum Master with 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Scrum CX-Scrum Master Agile PLM and MS Project. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. The role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during the day shift. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving our projects to success, ensuring high-quality results and effective team collaboration.

Location: Pleasanton California, Hybrid

Responsibilities & Required skills:

Have a good understanding on Agile principles, Waterfall and Agile SDLC process.

Have exposure to migrating teams from Waterfall to Agile SDLC process.

Have exposure to working with multi-vendor team that achieves same deliverable goal.

Have understanding on Agile frameworks like Kanban/ Lean/ Scrum/ Spotify.

Have project management skills including but not limited to financial management and people management.

Communication should be excellent.

Knowledge about scaled agile and execution of scrum projects for healthcare domain is a must.

Required skills:

Have understanding on Agile frameworks like Kanban/ Lean/ Scrum/ Spotify.

Have knowledge on tools like Version One (preferred) or CA Agile or Jira.

Have good understanding on "Test driven development" in Agile.

The Annual Salary for this position is between $81,000 to $114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
