\nKey Responsibilities:

Exciting opportunity to be a part of United's brand-new best-in-class product & engineering team to create Kinective Media, the world's first Traveler Media Network from the world’s best and largest airline. We are seeking a collaborative and experienced Sr. Product Manager with experience in digital advertising that is excited to own the development and execution of a ground-breaking In-Flight ad serving roadmap!

\n
• Work closely with business teams to develop the strategic product vision and roadmap for a best-in-class solution
\n
• Manage In-Flight Ad Serving technology, including creation of templates, network monitoring, user control, and scaling
\n
• Prioritize products and features based on business quantified business impact 
\n
• Communicate detailed product requirements and work closely with the Engineering and Data teams to build new products and features 
\n
• Build a collaborative working relationship with sales and marketing management to compile business and customer insights to inform product roadmap 
\n
• Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging trends in the advertising industry to identify new opportunities and to ensure the team remains at the forefront of ad serving technologies best practices 
\n

\nQualifications\nWhat ’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred
\n
• 5-8+ years of experience in product management preferably in CTV, digital media or streaming service environment
\n
• Proven track record of working independently to develop and execute successful product strategies to drive business growth 
\n
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of digital advertising platforms, DSPs, SSPs, ad serving technologies, and data analytics tools 
\n
• Experience with Content Management System setup and management
\n
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, growing environment across functions 
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences. 
\n
