Robert Half is currently partnering with a fast-growing organization in Tampa to recruit a Senior Accountant . Our client is a large, expanding management services organization that supports multiple business divisions. You will collaborate directly with leadership, gain exposure to C-Suite executives, and play a role in improving processes and shaping financial best practices. The selected senior accountant will:

• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and review journal entries and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Support integration of new acquisitions, including onboarding entities into the ERP system and procurement software.
• Assist with revenue recognition and analysis of contractual adjustments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and provide clear communication to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and the development of policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA highly preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including multi-entity environments.
• Strong technical accounting skills with proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Sage Intacct, or similar preferred).
• Healthcare industry accounting experience is highly preferred but not strictly required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams
