Position Summary
The Therapy Tech plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our speech and language therapy clinic. This position ensures a clean, organized, and efficient environment so therapists can focus on providing high-quality care. The Therapy Tech assists with clinic upkeep, supply management, and general operational support, contributing to a positive and professional experience for both patients and staff.

Responsibilities
The Therapy Tech supports smooth day-to-day clinic operations by:

• Managing mail, supplies, and inventory.
• Restocking therapy tools, testing materials, and kitchen areas.
• Disinfecting toys, tools, treatment rooms, and common areas.
• Preparing therapy materials and sanitizing equipment.
• Taking out trash and helping maintain a clean environment.
• Assisting with occasional restroom breaks and water refills for patients.
• Organizing testing kits, creating new binders, and keeping inventories up to date.
• Supporting staff with special projects and overall clinic flow.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Dependability, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Comfort working in a healthcare/therapy setting.
• The ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform light cleaning or maintenance tasks.
