What to expect:


Kowalski's deli is a face-paced and high customer service department. Our deli associates are inviting and service-minded while reaching our professional sanitation and cleanliness standards that keep our full-service deli fresh and worthy of high-end serving expectations.


Deli associates are responsible for building right relationships with their coworkers and customers through transparent and respectful communication. They are also responsible for serving the highest quality and freshest ready-to-serve foods by adhering to state health code standards for safety and sanitation.


No experience is required! Kowalski's provides extensive, in-person, hands-on training that will educate new employees on how to perform their jobs safely, quickly, and efficiently.


Requirements:

• Flexible to schedule 1pm - 9pm
• Sunday - Friday availability with SUNDAY a must
• Holiday availability
• Comfortable speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently
• Interest in preparing, handling, and cooking food
• Interest in product knowledge
• Understand that you have the power to impact customers and coworkers day in a positive way
• Food-handling experience is not necessary
