Job Description

About the Role:
Black Fox is seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to join our team. As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions to support our client's business needs. You will work closely with end-users to understand their requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

SharePoint Development:
- Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites and workflows.
- Develop custom applications and integrations with SharePoint.
- Create and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types.
- Configure SharePoint search and navigation features.
- Implement SharePoint security and permissions.
End-User Support:
- Provide technical support to end-users on SharePoint issues.
- Train end-users on SharePoint functionality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related problems.
Project Management:
- Manage SharePoint projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Estimate project timelines and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and administration
Experience with SharePoint development tools (e.g., SharePoint Framework, PowerShell, Visual Studio)
Proficiency in SharePoint workflows, Power Automate, and Power Apps
Knowledge of SharePoint security and permissions
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience with Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft products (e.g., Teams, Power BI)
Knowledge of Azure and cloud-based solutions
Experience with SharePoint migration and upgrade projects
Certifications in SharePoint or Microsoft 365
