About the Role:
Black Fox is seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to join our team. As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions to support our client's business needs. You will work closely with end-users to understand their requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• SharePoint Development:
  • Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites and workflows.
  • Develop custom applications and integrations with SharePoint.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types.
  • Configure SharePoint search and navigation features.
  • Implement SharePoint security and permissions.
• End-User Support:
  • Provide technical support to end-users on SharePoint issues.
  • Train end-users on SharePoint functionality and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related problems.
• Project Management:
  • Manage SharePoint projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Estimate project timelines and resource requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and administration
• Experience with SharePoint development tools (e.g., SharePoint Framework, PowerShell, Visual Studio)
• Proficiency in SharePoint workflows, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Knowledge of SharePoint security and permissions
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team  

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft products (e.g., Teams, Power BI)
• Knowledge of Azure and cloud-based solutions
• Experience with SharePoint migration and upgrade projects
• Certifications in SharePoint or Microsoft 365
