Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer to join our dynamic team for a project at Fort Belvoir VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized SharePoint solutions to meet our customers unique needs. As a senior member of the team, you will provide technical leadership, mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the SharePoint platform. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint-based solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, forms, and applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for SharePoint development and customization. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of existing SharePoint solutions. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in SharePoint technology to recommend innovative solutions. This position is located at Fort Belvoir, VA. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to Fort Belvoir or surrounding areas. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field At least 6 years of experience in SharePoint development, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) Proficiency in SharePoint development tools and technologies, including SharePoint Designer, PowerApps, Flow, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API Experience with SharePoint migration projects and integration with other systems (e.g., Office 365, Microsoft Teams) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills SharePoint certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer) Additional experience in SQL Database, portal server infrastructure, JQuery, PowerBi, and client side leveraging Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
