We’re growing fast and looking for a Senior SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about delivering results and helping clients succeed.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of hands-on experience in website SEO, digital marketing, and team leadership. This role requires someone who can manage complex SEO strategies, collaborate with customers, lead a small team, and juggle multiple tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SEO strategy development and implementation for client websites.
• Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketing specialists.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, on-page optimizations, and off-page initiatives (link building, content marketing).
• Create and execute digital marketing plans tailored to client goals, including SEO, content strategy, and paid media when needed.
• Communicate directly with clients to present strategies, campaign results, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop monthly reporting dashboards using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, SurferSEO, and internal dashboards.
• Prioritize and track tasks through Monday.com, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with web development and content teams to optimize websites for search engine performance and user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, Google algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing (agency experience strongly preferred).
• Proven experience leading projects and/or small teams.
• Strong client-facing communication skills: ability to explain SEO and marketing concepts clearly and build client trust.
• Deep understanding of SEO principles (technical, on-page, off-page).
• Proficient in tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Monday.com (or similar project management tools).
• Experience with WordPress websites and understanding of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

• Background in property management or real estate marketing.
• Experience in content marketing, PPC advertising, or lead generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with schema markup, local SEO optimization, and AI-driven marketing tools.
