Job Details Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses for assigned properties
- Maintain general ledgers, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and ensure accurate journal entries
- Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tenant billing transactions
- Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash activity
- Support property budgets, forecasts, and year-end audits
- Partner with the operations team to resolve accounting discrepancies and enhance financial processes
- Assist with CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and property tax tracking
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4-8 years of accounting experience (property management or real estate industry preferred)
- Proficiency with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software
