Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Network Strategy to join the Transformation team.

RSCS supports Yum! Franchisees with supply chain services to 21,000+ restaurants and $20B in revenue across Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell, The Habit Burger Grill and A&W in the United States. The Network Strategy team is responsible for ensuring the supply chain is optimally configured to deliver high quality service at the best possible cost. The team is responsible for generating a pipeline of productivity projects capable of saving millions of dollars annually.

The Senior Manager, Network Strategy will lead a Supply Chain network modeling team consisting of two direct reports, which will use Network Optimization tools to evaluate ideas and quantify the financial impact of those ideas on the network.

This position will engage heavily with cross-functional partners in Logistics, Procurement, Brands and Finance teams ideate, evaluate, and deliver network productivity projects. The ability to articulate a compelling business case, and influence senior leaders is core to the position.

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in the office 2 days remote. Prefer the position to be in Louisville, KY, but open to remote.

Essential Functions:
* Thought leadership on how to design the optimal future network for RSCS.
* Ability to build out robust tools and processes to accurately evaluate costs and other supply chain impacts
(inventory, waste, service levels) with network changes.
* Engaging Cross function stakeholders in the network design process: gathering inputs, validating outputs,
modeling right scenarios
* Analytica skills to vet the accuracy of the modeling team's work.
* 10 years of Supply Chain Operations, Planning and/or Strategy related experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to put together Executive ready presentation
materials.
* Other duties as assigned by management.

Position Skills:
* Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and/or Data Analytics or related field.
* Prefer MBA, APICS CPIM certification, Six Sigma Green Belt, or ISM CPSM certification.
* Minimum of 8 to 10 years of Supply Chain experience in Operations, Planning or Strategy.
* Prefer prior experience with Network Design, or Network Optimization related work.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Teams, Excel, and Outlook. Requires strong PowerPoint skills.
* Prefer network design software (i.e.: Llamasoft, OptiLogic) experience.
* Prefer experience in reporting capabilities (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
* Operate in a fast-paced environment.
