About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Advisor for Affiliate Organizational Management and Leadership. This role is pivotal in building and supporting programs that enhance organizational strength and resilience across the company's nationwide network of affiliates. The successful candidate will be part of a team that provides technical assistance in various areas, including change management, organizational development, leadership development, human resources, board governance, and strategic planning. Experience in organizational capacity-building and strategic planning is essential, as is a demonstrated values-based leadership style and the ability to build strong partnerships.
