Job Title: Seasonal Contract Shipper (THIS ROLE IS CONTRACT FROM 9/1/25 - 12/31/25)
Classification: Seasonal/Temporary
Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for preparing packages for shipment to fulfill online orders.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Accurately pulling product according to customer order to prepare for shipping.
• Work with other team members to achieve shipment goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product packaging specifications to ensure proper products are being shipped.
• Utilize inventory device to pick product from warehouse locations.
• Reading SKUs to confirm correct product is selected for shipping.
• Ability to move efficiently through a warehouse environment to located and retrieve inventory items.
• Carefully pack and label packages for shipment.
• Unloading and sorting inventory to prepare for shipment.
• Utilize shipping material to package products.
• Loading packages on trailer to send for shipment.
• Downsize product boxes by breaking down and disposing.
• Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining equipment.
• Handle merchandise with care and concern at all times.
• Follow established safe work methods, procedures and safety precautions while performing all duties.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, regularly move/lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to ready, write, and count.
• Effectively communicate with team members.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year Shipping experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, regularly move/lift to 50lbs.
• Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires activities involving exposure to moving machinery, changes in temperature and humidity, dust, fumes, and gasses.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
