School Nurse (RN or LPN)

CBS Therapy is currently seeking a School Nurse (RN) for the Extended School Year (ESY) Program!

Successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Rhode Island
• At least two years of relevant experience preferred
• Citizenship or residency required
• DOE Certification or DOH State Licensure
• Experience working with children with disabilities and seizures strongly preferred

Responsibilities of the School Nurse (RN)

• Provide healthcare to students and staff
• Perform health screenings
• Coordinate referrals to private healthcare providers
• Serve as liaisons between school personnel, family, and community healthcare providers to ensure a healthy school environment
