We're looking for:

A Salesforce Administrator/Developer who can own Nitra’s Salesforce environment end-to-end. You’ll design and implement workflows, automation, and integrations that directly support our revenue and operations teams. Beyond Salesforce administration, you’ll also build and maintain integrations with backend systems like PostgreSQL and internal portals, ensuring our data and processes scale seamlessly as we grow.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Building and maintaining custom workflows, automation, and processes in Salesforce
  • Designing scalable solutions to improve efficiency for Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Operations
  • Writing and maintaining custom code in Apex and Lightning Web Components
  • Developing and managing integrations between Salesforce and backend systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, internal portals, external APIs)
  • Creating and maintaining API callouts, webhooks, and data synchronization pipelines
  • Managing data integrity, reporting, and dashboards across teams
  • Serving as the subject matter expert on Salesforce functionality, security, and best practices
  • Proactively identifying and implementing process and system improvements
You have:
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator/Developer experience
  • Proven ability to build workflows, automation, and custom Apex solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON)
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and relational databases (PostgreSQL a plus)
  • Proficiency with SOQL/SOSL, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
  • Experience supporting revenue teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, Operations)
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

The base salary range for this full-time position is $110k - $150k + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
