We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to design world‑class Salesforce applications that meet our evolving CRM requirements. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, analyzing project objectives, creating customer workflows, and troubleshooting errors. To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, strong application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top‑class Salesforce Developer can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the company. Responsibilities Meet with project managers to determine CRM needs. Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications. Create timelines and development goals. Test the stability and functionality of applications. Troubleshoot and fix bugs promptly. Write technical documentation and provide training for Salesforce staff. Maintain the security and integrity of application software. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Previous work experience in application and software development. Experience developing customer‑facing interfaces. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms. Proficiency in MySQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce. Working knowledge of MavensMate or Eclipse. Strong communication skills.
