Ged Lawyers LLP headquartered in Florida with offices in Massachusetts, New Jersey and Michigan is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to fill a key position. The candidate will be in charge of building and running a high-performance sales team to effectively achieve business objectives. The candidate will ensure that the sales goals of the company are met, and the sales team meet and exceed business expectations. Serve as a key contributor to the company’s growth. This position requires extensive networking, and in-person presentation and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute effective direct sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals.
• Develop sales plans, including target groups, marketing tactics, and timelines.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular sales reports to management, including sales forecasts, market share analysis and sales trends.
• Provide leadership through effective communication of objectives, agile coaching, and development while meeting sales goals.
• Provide budget control, compensation programs, sales management, and incentive planning.
• Increase customer retention through communication and problem-solving.
• Estimate sales revenue.
• Prepare and maintain budgets for the department.
• Identify new potential clients and market opportunities.
• Recommend new services and products by evaluating the current industry trend.
• Liaise with the marketing team to ensure the timely delivery of marketing stocks that drive sales.
• Monitor and analyze the company’s sales procedures and performance metrics.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, being aware of competitor activities to remain ahead of the curve.

Skills and Requirements

• Medical sales background (pharmaceutical and medical device sales)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• 10 years of sales experience, including 5 years in a similar position with consistent and competent performance as a sales manager is a MUST.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong strategic and problem- solving skills required.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a customer service attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management skills, self-motivated, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently.
• Candidates with a Masters’ degree encouraged to apply.
