Requirements
* For Licensed Life Insurance or Health Agents , or are willing to become Licensed
* Coachable, Patient, Ambitious and a Team Player mentality!
* Must have basic computer skills
* Must have a smart phone, and laptop preferably, but necessary, if your phone is applicable to run apps and internet.
Responsibilities
* Consultative approach. No pressures sales required
* Agents will be trained in both tele sales and virtual presentations.
* The ideal candidate will be willing to work a minimum of 20+ hours a week (not always necessary)
* Be willing to learn our company's selling system including phone script, virtual presentation & product placement etc..
* Team supported environment, communication and engagement required
* Learning guidelines and make product selection based on clients age, health, and desired insurance coverage
* Representatives will be working with a system that helps Be Greater Today Financial book appointments for clients and expand our reach!
