Rehab Director - Senior Care Specialist

Are you a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of Seniors? We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking, and innovative  Multisite Rehab Director to join our teams at Marquis Autumn Hills and Marquis Oregon City to serve residents in our long-term care and memory care facilities.

As a Multisite Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Identify, manage, and progress the caseload of seniors, ensuring personalized and effective care plans.
• Champion quality metrics and initiatives to enhance residents' lifestyle and well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to uphold the highest standards of care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior care or a related field.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire
• Innovative and committed to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
