As a Recruiter you will impact both our candidates and customers by finding the right people for the right jobs. You will

1. Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
2. Screen and interview qualified candidates
3. Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
4. Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
5. Perform various customer service related activities
6. Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations

Aerotek offers a base salary of $58,240.00 plus unlimited earning potential through commissions after your hourly training period. If you work hard and perform well in the job, your compensation will grow quickly . Our average recruiter makes $61,000 their first year (which includes a comprehensive training period) and $75,000 in their second year. Our top 10% of recruiters earn $81,000 their first year and $144,000 their second year.
