We are looking for an Entry Level - Associate Delivery Consultant (180 Recruiter) to join us for our March training academy!

Start date: March 18th

Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the industry.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (networking, social media, job boards) to identify and attract top talent in business development roles.
• Candidate Assessment: Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they possess the necessary skills and cultural fit for client organizations.
• Negotiation and Offer Management: Act as a liaison between candidates and clients during the offer stage.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates, tracking their progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout their job search process.
