Job Overview:

Our staffing agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our clients across various industries. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

1. Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
2. Conduct video, phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role
3. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and negotiating job offers
4. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in our applicant tracking system
7. Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency environment
2. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements related to recruitment and selection
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
