Job Overview: Procure your next career at Marvin! We’re looking for a Procurement Card (P-card) Administrator to join our team . In this role, you'll ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the P-card program, contributing to cost savings, improved efficiency, compliance with organizational policies and IRS tax regulations . Highlights of your role: Managing cardholder accounts, including enrollment, account set-up, closing, account limits, fraud claims and communicating changes with the bank. Providing training to cardholders and managers on proper P-card use and procedure s, policies, as well as communicating changes and updates. Internal auditing of cardholders for compliancy with policies and tax regulations . Reconciling P-card charges with financial transaction reports, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, and identifying potential fraud issues. Generating reports to monitor spending, identify trends, and track financial activity. Compensation: $24 - $30 hourly You're a good fit if you have (or if you can): Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage severa l priorities and meet deadlines. Self-motivated and both detail and process oriented . Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact with multiple levels of management and across functions. Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. Also want to make sure you have: Two -year Accounting degree strongly preferred and/or equivalent work experience in AP, Accounting, Banking and or Finance experience. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, and ad hoc reporting tools and databases).
