Property Accountant - Contract-to-Hire | Near Stow, OH | Up to $28/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Handle property accounting functions , including Accounts Receivable and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for multiple properties
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Work closely with property managers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies

What We're Looking For

• Accounts Receivable experience (required)
• Strong understanding of property accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
