Monitor task statuses in ClickUp, ensuring tasks are up-to-date and their contents are complete based on context from team chats.
Track task stages and signal their status to relevant team members.
Manage daily stand-ups and other regular meetings, maintaining the state of tasks and milestones.
Maintain project documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible to the team.
Oversee project processes and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Identify and signal any issues or blockers that may impact project timelines or quality.
Understand the specifics of client-server development.
Handle bug reports and ensure they are addressed promptly.
Identify imperfections in the project and ensure they are resolved.
Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
High level of gaming experience on Steam with a variety of projects.
Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
Ability to create and maintain roadmaps based on provided instructions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to update and maintain task contents based on team discussions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of client-server development.
Preferred:
Experience playing CCG and TCG games.
Steam over 6k hours
Familiarity with project management in a game development context.
Knowledge of game development processes and terminology.
