Expedite the flow activities of work and materials according to production schedule. Duties include work production, bottling, blending/mixing process and shipment schedules; conferring with supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates. Compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, and production problems.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

1. Review production schedules, work orders to determine materials
requirements or material priorities.
2. Arrange for delivery/shipment, assembly, or distribution of supplies to
expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.

3. Requisition and maintain inventories of materials or supplies necessary to
meet production demands.
4. Compile information, such as production rates and progress, materials
inventories, materials used, to report your supervisor.
5. Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw
materials, or quality control measures.
6. Maintain files, such as maintenance records, bills of lading, or cost reports

7. Enforce safety and sanitation procedures

8. Set-up and adjust machines and bottling equipment.
9. Collaborate with maintenance personnel to solve work-operating problems.
10. Check specifications of materials loaded or unloaded against information
contained in work orders.
11. Inspect equipment at the beginning of the process to ensure a good
performance during the process and avoid delays.
