Accountabilities

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 7+ years in operations strategy, product management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with proven impact on user experience.
• Proficient in data analysis tools including SQL, Excel/Google Sheets and presentation software.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams; skilled in data-driven decision-making.
• Motivated and innovative, with capabilities in AI-driven tools and automation.
